I understand that should a search of public records (including records documenting an arrest, indictment, conviction, civil judicial action, tax lien, or outstanding judgement) be conducted it will be by an outside investigative service. All information obtained in the review will be kept as confidential as possible and communicated only to designated representatives of the Company and to the employee who is the subject of the revise (if so requested). Should a consumer credit be processed, I am entitled to a copy.

At all times during my employment with the Company, I understand that I am not to breach any obligation of non-competition, confidentiality, or non-solicitation that I have from any former employer or to any other person, firm, or entity, nor disclose to the Company or use any trade secrets or other proprietary information of third parties.
I agree that any action (excluding governmental, statutory administrative proceedings) or suit against the Company arising out of or related to my application for employment, employment, or termination of employment, including but not limited to claims arising under Tate or Federal civil rights statutes, must be brought, if at all, within the shorter of 180 days of the event giving rise to the claim or the applicable statue of limitations, or be forever barred.
